Our local mission strategy includes an initiative called “Calvary Loves Jackson.” This ministry consists of community outreach teams serving Jackson throughout the year. The kind of work that needs to be done does not require any special skills, so you don’t have to be a handyman (or woman) to be involved. If you would like to be involved in one of the teams or would like more information, contact us at email@example.com.
The purpose of this initiative is to show the love of Christ by serving people who have genuine needs, and to share the love of Christ by sharing the Gospel with all of those we come into contact with while doing these projects. God loves Jackson. Jesus died for Jackson. Calvary loves Jackson.
But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.
So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone.
