At Calvary, our desire is to glorify God by accomplishing the Great Commission. We believe that Jesus has given us the command to Tell the World and Teach the Word, and all of our college planning is made with this command in mind.  We hope that you will join us for worship soon.

Sunday School Class

One of the best ways to connect with our College Ministry is to attend our college Sunday school class. We spend time fellowshipping, praying, and studying God’s Word together. We meet each Sunday morning at 9:00 A.M. in the gym which is located in the furthest part of the church away from Oil Well road. If you do not know where the gym is, one of our guest services volunteers at our entrances will gladly direct you there.

Wednesday Nights

On Wednesday Nights, our college students join the rest of our congregation at Midweek Connect, a time of Bible Study, prayer, and fellowship with one another. This is from 6:00-7:00 P.M. in our Fellowship Hall. This is a great time for our college students to build relationships and feel connected to our adults and families here at Calvary.

Other Activities

We do life with one another and provide other ways to fellowship, such as in-home hang-outs, game nights, dinners, retreats, and more for our College Students consistently throughout the semester.

Ministry Internships

Our Ministry Internship program is an extension of our mission to fulfill the Great Commission by Telling the World and Teaching the Word. We believe that it is the local church’s responsibility to train and equip others to serve, lead, and plant local churches with the Gospel mission in mind (l Cor. 1:18-31). It is our desire that those we train will become mature leaders that are characterized by spiritual boldness, passion, courage, humility, and love (l Cor. 16:13-14). Watchcare Membership

The Watchcare Ministry at Calvary is for individuals who are members of another church and yet desire to be connected with the Calvary Family while living in our community. Watchcare allows students to identify with our church by participating in corporate worship, discipleship, fellowship, evangelism, and service without transferring membership from their home church.

If you are interested in joining Calvary through our Watchcare program, please contact Ryan O’Neal, Pastor of Families and Discipleship, at roneal@calvaryofjackson.com
